CAMERA 1 (Exterior - Alleyway):

02:17:02 - A nondescript cargo van with tinted windows pulls up to the rear entrance of the abandoned clinic. 02:17:35 - Silas Crane exits the clinic, followed by two heavily armed individuals. Crane appears agitated, barking orders at the others. 02:18:10 - The two individuals re-enter the clinic while Crane remains by the van, seemingly making a call on a comm device. 02:19:45 - The two individuals reappear, dragging an unconscious figure wrapped in a restrainer, fresh blood staining the white cloth; the camera identifies the individual as Elliot Vancer. They load the figure into the back of the van with little care. 02:20:52 - Crane moves into the clinic. Over the course of the next 30 minutes, this process is repeated five more times, with unconscious individuals being loaded into the van. 02:47:18 - Crane gets into the driver's seat and the van departs, heading deeper into the lower levels.

CAMERA 2 (Interior - Clinic Operating Room):

02:32:21 - Two facially blurred individuals are seen moving around a dimly lit operating room. (One of the individuals is identifiable by his mannerisms and his clothes: Silas Crane) Medical equipment is visible, along with what appears to be a surgical table. 02:32:49 - An unconscious figure is brought into the room and placed on the table. 02:34:18 - The individuals work quickly, attaching various cybernetic devices to the figure. The process appears rough and hurried. 02:43:15 - The augmented figure is removed from the table and dragged out of the room.
